Start a request ↗Sales are handled through escrow with The Management Trust, not the Board. Payoff, demand, and resale certificates are ordered by the seller or the closing agent from HomeWiseDocs — the Board cannot process them.
Separately, the Declaration asks owners to give the Board written notice at least two weeks before closing with the lot, the purchaser, the closing agent, the title insurance company, and the estimated closing date.
