Architectural requests

Exterior projects — fences, structures, paint, siding, roofing, and front-yard changes — need written approval before work begins. Requests are filed on The Management Trust portal with plans, specifications, and colors.

Selling your home

Sales are handled through escrow with The Management Trust, not the Board. Payoff, demand, and resale certificates are ordered by the seller or the closing agent from HomeWiseDocs — the Board cannot process them.

Separately, the Declaration asks owners to give the Board written notice at least two weeks before closing with the lot, the purchaser, the closing agent, the title insurance company, and the estimated closing date.

Renting your home

Leases must be in writing and subject to the Declaration, Articles, and Bylaws. Owners supply the Board with a lease statement giving the tenant's name, address, phone contacts, and lease period.

Approved board meeting minutes, budgets and balance sheets, and your assessment account are kept on The Management Trust homeowner portal. Email the Board if you need help getting access.

Keeping your contact details current

The Board uses email for regular communication with owners who have provided an address. Required meeting notices are still sent by mail or delivered in person. There are two lists to keep current.
