Every board meeting is open to owners, held on Google Meet, and includes a 15-minute comment period. Notice and the agenda go out at least 14 days ahead. The annual meeting of members is held in person and noticed by mail.
The 2026 schedule was confirmed at the January meeting: regular meetings fall on the second Tuesday at 6:00 PM. Send an agenda item to the Board at least one week before a meeting.
